Create a clustering tool based off of SERP data similarities

We could give some sort of comparison relevancy score between keywords based off of the similarities in the SERP results between these different keywords. You could do something like enter a keyword and then we could populate a list of other keywords that are higher than a designated relevancy score to help you cluster your keywords.
